Any specific issues regarding a RitKeep product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that our warranty does not apply to product or barbell service and maintenance. We recommend you properly service and maintain your product for life long product longevity.
** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). I have been using this Smith machine for a month. The motion is smooth, and the bench locks into all angles securely. Assembly took about 2.5 hours with a friend. Shipping was on time. Very satisfied
The machine itself works well. Smooth motion, stable frame. Assembly took me almost 3 hours because I had to search for a missing bolt found a spare in my garage. Contacted customer service and they shipped a replacement anyway. Good response. Would buy again.
Got the combo set. Delivery guy put it in my garage. My husband and I spent a Saturday afternoon putting it together about 4 hours with two people. The cables are smooth, and the bench locks in tight. We use it daily. Great buy.

I love my machine it's all in one. I can have a full workout on one machine. The PMAX 5600 is a high quality machine. No more going to a gym. Workout at home with the same result.
What can I say, it's simply great. The system arrived well packaged and with easy-to-understand instructions. The build quality is excellent, especially considering the price-to-performance ratio. I assembled almost the entire system by myself, except for one or two parts, and it took me about 7 hours. After the first few training sessions, my initial impression has been fully confirmed. Everything works exactly as it should, and it's just a lot of fun to train with.

Finally got it all assembled and it was worth the wait. The build quality feels premium and the whole setup looks awesome in the room. Plenty of exercise options without taking up too much space.

Everything about this is great! The assembly was pretty easy there were a few instructions that were backwards that I had to disassemble and go to the next page to do in order to put it together primarily with the smith machine portion of the build. Also wish they sent bolts in a bag so they were better separated but other than that I love the system.
